Bookings are subject to our Bookings and Cancellation Policy.

Medicare

Medicare benefits are available – ask your GP to send us a referral for a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Bulk billing is available for Health Care Card holders.

NDIS

We can provide services under the NDIS for participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding.

Private Health Insurance, Workers Compensation, Insurance, Compensation

Some private health insurance plans include mental health services – please check with your insurer. We can bill directly to some insurers.

We can also assist with Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accident Injury insurance claims, and more; please ask.

Workplace Support and Consultation

We offer workplace support consultation, skills development and training, and advocacy.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

Pathfinder Health has a 2 business days’ cancellation policy and requires a deposit in the form of a booking fee to confirm your appointment. On attendance at your appointment your deposit can be used towards appointment fees, rolled over as a deposit to confirm your next appointment, or fully refunded.

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend, using the online booking system, by responding to SMS reminders, by email at reception@pathfinderhealth.au or call us on 08 6507 6054. We require at least 2 business days’ notice in order to offer appointments to other clients on the waiting list. If you need to cancel or change an appointment and provide more than 2 business days’ notice, we’ll apply your booking fee to your next appointment booking or refund it. 

Non-attendance at an appointment or a last minute cancellation will result in conversion of your deposit to a cancellation fee, meaning it will not be refunded or rolled over. No rebate is applicable to this cancellation fee. Exemptions may be available in the case of health or family emergencies, please contact us to discuss.
